How to install
1.Download the .rar/.zip file and extract.
2.double click on SoM.exe to start the Game.
Shortcuts
F4 = Fullscreen (F3 Black Border window)
F5 = Restart
F2 = FPS (MS not needed)
esc = Menu
shift = sprint
enter = action
First steps
1. Select an Hero (move the Flame with arrow keys, increase movement speed by pressing shift)
(You can use Mouse aswell)
2. Save Village here you can save the Game by walking on the circle shown in the Screenshot.
2.a. It is possible to use an Item to Save the Game.
3. select a starter Monster Girl.
3.a. note! This will be your very first Monster! take care of her! (You can still remove her later)
Combat Screen
1.each turn starts traditional with set up commands for battle.
Only the main Hero can use items. Once a Monster get below 0HP it will be KO.
If the Hero is on 0HP the game will end!
*Attack deals Element DMG to an Enemy. (every Monster use different Elements)
Elements in this game are more like attack types and there are 4 different!
Melee, Range, Magic and Abnorm.
*Guard increase the defense and the Monster/Hero gets less DMG when attacked
*Special this shows a list of available skills. they Cost MP, TP or both.
*Items can only be used by the Hero. Potions or other Healing Items cannot be used in Battle!
Armor can break!
1. A Monster without armor is defense less! and it is best to repair them soon!
1.a. can be repaired with an Item or in the Village at the Smith.
2 With every attack there is a small chance to break armor. For a bigger chance there are skills.
How to Tame a Monster?
1.The Battle starts and there is a Monster you like to tame? Just use Food Items.
if the Monster likes the Food then you will see the symbol of the Food above the Enemy head.
2. Now it takes 1 turn until the Monster decide to follow you or to Attack again.
2.a. Some monsters need to be under some conditions to eat at all!
Menu
*Item shows all your Items. (under Key Items you can find Monster Eggs and important stuff)
*Skill shows you the Skills of the selected Monster and you can use some skills outside of combat.
*Status shows all informations about a monster:
Formation
Since you cannot pick up all Monsters at the same time in Combat you need to select a Formation.
